We're hiring! Aon is currently recruiting a Broker, Treaty Reinsurance to join our Japan team in London.

About the Role:
- This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and market leading team in a role that provides a broad scope of responsibilities.
- Working with colleagues and clients on a variety of Japanese Treaty reinsurance business (including Property and other Specialty Lines).
- Provide advice to clients and colleagues on placement design, available coverage and capacity, likely pricing, potential coverage enhancements and market progress.
- Work on and provide support in developing and delivering market presentations and broking strategy.
- Identifying appropriate channels for risk placement based on clients' market security guidelines and other requirements, exerting influence on the market in order to secure the best deals.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of placement with the market (including Singapore, Bermuda, Europe and Lloyds).
- Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.
About you:
- Proven technical competence of client needs and the Reinsurance Market.
- Have a strong background in broking/treaty reinsurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Japanese language skills preferred, but not essential.
- Have strong industry networking skills and knowledge.
- Have excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Proven data analysis abilities.
