Internal Communications Specialist – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Location - London / Hybrid or Virtual.

Join our Internal Communications team supporting colleagues across EMEA! This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, with flexibility to work virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like:
- You will play a key role in delivering high-quality internal communications across EMEA, ensuring content is aligned, engaging and delivered effectively across channels.
- Working closely with regional communicators and stakeholders, you will help drive consistency and improve colleague engagement.
- Build and distribute internal corporate and business solution line emails using Eloqua.
- Manage the editorial calendar and lead the creation and delivery of two monthly newsletters, driving continuous improvement in engagement.
- Partner with in-country communicators across the region to align and amplify global and regional messaging and campaigns.
- Produce metrics and analysis to evaluate channel performance and inform communications strategy.
- Create and publish content on Aon Avenue, maintaining high-quality intranet pages and user experience.
- Provide first line support to intranet publishers, including troubleshooting, governance and responding to colleague feedback.
- Create and deliver engaging digital content across internal channels.
- Drive adoption of Viva Engage and knowledge sharing tools, including reporting and best practice guidance.
- Support the team with administrative tasks including meeting coordination, agendas, supplier onboarding and campaign support.

- Confident stakeholder management experience, including supporting a diverse colleague base.
