Are you a highly experienced Real Estate professional who is keen to develop and manage the long-term broking strategy for our Real Estate division? Are you an accomplished communicator, negotiator and influencer with the ability to secure the best possible client outcomes at all times? What the day will look like

  • Lead the broking function, ensuring all activity aligns with UK Broking Strategy and fully adheres to FCA-regulated processes.
  • Guide and support the broking team, allocating responsibilities effectively and managing the discovery process for all in-scope clients.
  • Negotiate optimal terms in the market and personally oversee a small portfolio of high-profile, strategically important accounts.
  • Build and manage strong trading relationships with insurers, collaborating with the Chief Broking Officer to shape agreements and tackle opportunities or challenges.
  • Analyse market conditions and brief colleagues, ensuring teams stay informed on trends, programme design considerations, and the broking value proposition.
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance, promoting best practice across workflows, processes, and regulatory requirements.
