What the day will look like:
- Data preparation
- Reinsurance pricing and analysis
- Actuarial model building and testing
- Presentation of results and advice to clients and brokers
- Actuarial research and development
- Training junior team members
- Promotion of actuarial expertise internally

Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join Aon in a role that combines technical delivery of work and subsequent communication of findings to brokers and clients. There will be a broad range of projects to work on from inception to delivery and you'll have engagement with other colleagues and exposure to clients and the wider firm.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Highly numerate graduate with experience in (re)insurance pricing or capital modelling
- Experience in the London market or reinsurance
- Analytical skills – strong data analysis and manipulation
- Authority in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Strong communicator – presenting sophisticated ideas simply
- Strong time‐management skills – handling several projects at the same time
- Critical thinking – problem diagnosis and problem solving
- Creative, innovative and logical thinking
- Excellent attention to detail
