What the day will look like In this wide and varied role your key responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the Marine Claims departments in London and Chelmsford, driving operational excellence. Handle complex claims across marine liability, Hull, P&I, and cargo sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships with outstanding communication skills. Collaborate with global teams and travel internationally to deliver exemplary client service.
