What the day will look like
- In this role, you will lead the Cyber Broking team within the Global Broking Centre, driving strategy, excellence and growth across a rapidly expanding Cyber book.
- You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Aon to establish and execute a market‑leading Cyber broking agenda.
- Design, implement and deliver the Aon Cyber broking strategy.
- Support Aon’s global Cyber growth agenda.
- Partner with BU and regional leaders to define and deliver broking priorities and plans.
- Position the GBC Cyber team as a Centre of Excellence within Aon’s global network.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, collaborating with key stakeholders to secure new opportunities.
- Develop opportunities for cross‑Aon collaboration and synergy.
- Oversee the client centric approach and strong network office engagement and support.
- Drive efficiency and excellence in post‑placement activities.
- Create a culture of continuous learning and development across the team.
