Join Aon’s Health business as a Wellbeing Data & Strategy Analyst—bringing curiosity, structure and strong analytical thinking to work that helps organisations improve health and wellbeing at scale. You’ll split your time between managing Reflection, our neurotechnology tool that helps clients understand employees’ authentic thoughts and feelings beyond traditional survey data, and supporting strategic consulting projects—turning insight into clear recommendations and practical action. What the day will look like
On Reflection (approx. 3 days per week) you will:
- Support project launches – coordinate set‑up, timelines and stakeholder updates for new client projects
- Produce reporting & insight – turn data into clear, client‑ready outputs that tell a compelling story
- Create affirmations – help design and refine the statements used in the Reflection tool to ensure clarity, impact and alignment to client objectives
- Support finances & contracting – assist with pricing inputs, statements of work, contracting steps and basic financial tracking
- Enhance user experience – review journeys, feedback and results to suggest improvements for participants and clients
On Health, Wellbeing and Strategic Consulting (approx. 2 days per week) you will:
- Contribute to client projects across health, wellbeing and benefits strategy
- Analyse data, research and benchmarks to support evidence‑based recommendations
- Help prepare presentations, proposals and workshops for clients and prospects
- Work closely with consultants to learn our end‑to‑end strategic consulting approach, building towards a full‑time role in this team
