This is a hybrid role based in London with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like
You will work closely with senior leaders and the wider communications team to deliver clear,engagingand high impact communications that support business priorities and colleague understanding.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver communication strategies aligned to business goals
- Translate complex topics into clear, engaging content across channels including digital, face to face and video
- Lead and support key internal events such as town halls, leadershipforumsand roadshows
- Create compelling content that connects colleagues to strategy and business priorities
- Support external communications activity whererequired, including social and media content
- Review and continuously improve communication channels using feedback and insight
- Collaborate with communications colleagues across the globeto align messaging and delivery
