Have you got experience of handling the Commercial Insurance requirements of a wide variety of clientele, ideally with a knowledge and understanding of the Natural Resources/Renewable Energy space? Are you keen to work collaboratively within a focused, driven and highly collaborative team of like‑minded professionals? What the day will look like

  • Acting as a trusted adviser and brand ambassador for Aon, leading client relationships and building confidence with clients, carriers and stakeholders.
  • Owning the end‑to‑end client journey – from renewal strategy and financial planning through to retention, growth and managing jeopardy accounts.
  • Delivering high‑quality, proactive service by truly understanding clients' businesses, meeting them face‑to‑face and managing expectations throughout the year.
  • Ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance, using Aon's processes and technology to deliver great client outcomes every time.
  • Collaborating across Aon to solve problems, unlock value for clients and identify new revenue opportunities through strong Aon IQ and internal networks.
  • Working closely with Client Service Advisers and colleagues, role‑modeling a “one team” culture while continuing to develop your own technical and leadership capability.
