Do you have the skills needed to lead complex data and calculation remediation projects? Do you have technical pension knowledge, and the ability to manage stakeholders? We are looking for a driven individual to join our Data Solutions Team, within Aon's UK Retirement business. This is a team which brings together specialists from across our business to deliver project work for clients. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our UK offices.

What the day will look like:
- Carry out and/or review bespoke data modelling work, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Ask the right questions to gain an understanding of complex processes, then use this to plan/design solutions.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including consultants, administrators, and specialists, to understand requirements, articulate our work and help make decisions.
- Help devise strategies for carrying out the required data work within the contractual timescales.
- Developing others in the team.
- Leading or inputting into process improvement activities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Have experience in leading data manipulation, calculation rectification, and transformation projects.
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create, amend, and review models.
- An understanding of UK pension schemes with knowledge of how individual member calculations are performed, and experience of delivering bulk pension data and/or calculation projects.
- Ability to identify project risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate.
- Be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with various teams and stakeholders.
- Have strong time-management skills, able to prioritise and manage several projects.
