What the day will look like:

Aon Corporate provides risk solutions to businesses across a wide range of sectors within the UK. Typically, clients are national or multinational organisations, where CEOs and CFOs are looking for a trusted local broker who can deliver a tailored, strategic approach. Our clients often require bespoke insurance programmes, alongside broader risk management and risk transfer solutions. As well as acting as broker, the Corporate team provides claims support and risk management advice across multiple industries, with particular focus on real estate, public sector, food and drink, and retail and wholesale.

The Client Manager is the key contact between the client and Aon’s Commercial Insurance business, responsible for coordinating and delivering a high-quality service through specialist teams and resources.

Day to day Duties to include:

  • Handle the service provided to clients by Aon Commercial Insurance and third-party providers.
  • Ensure the highest level of service to each assigned client, aligned to agreed client service tools.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce Aon’s broader products and services to meet client needs.
  • Understand and communicate each client’s business challenges to internal teams.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across your client portfolio, including meeting annual targets.
  • Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and ensure compliance with all policies, including participation in mandatory risk and compliance training.
