What the day will look like

Reporting to the Global & Specialty Claims Director, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional claims management support to clients with complex, multinational insurance programmes.

Working across a broad range of commercial insurance classes, including global programmes and captive arrangements, you'll act as a trusted adviser throughout the claims lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Establishing claims processes across all lines of business and developing client-specific claims procedure guides.
  • Providing management and technical support on large, complex and high-value losses across multiple classes of insurance.
  • Arranging and chairing claims review meetings with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and solicitors.
  • Coordinating the delivery of claims analysis reports, identifying trends and providing valuable claims insights to clients.
  • Undertaking pre-renewal claims audits, reviewing reserves and assessing closure opportunities.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients from a claims perspective and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted claims adviser.
  • Driving additional service revenue through claims-related projects, including TPA tenders, claims advocacy and claim preparation services.
  • Participating in client-specific Insurance Discovery Meetings and contributing specialist claims expertise.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Aon's Global Network and travelling as required to support client needs.
  • Using Aon's proprietary

Claims Co-Pilot technology to enhance the client experience and deliver innovative claims solutions.
