We are situated in the heart of West Yorkshire and boast seven bespoke centres across the Kirklees region, from two main centres based in Huddersfield and Dewsbury to specific learning centres in Animal Care, Construction, Engineering, Process Manufacturing, as well as the Pioneer Higher Skills Centre which is dedicated to higher education and higher skills. With over 10,000 students and approximately 1,000 employees, we are the largest Further Education provider in the region.

As our new Director of Business Improvement, you will own the college-wide Business Improvement Strategy, multi-year roadmap, portfolio and operating model, agreeing priorities with ELT and governors. You will lead on the planning, delivery and monitoring of business improvement activity and its cultural and operational development across the college and its business support functions. Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal, Finance & Resources, you will lead the delivery of business efficiency across the college.
