Formed by a merger of Croydon College and Coulsdon Sixth Form College in 2019, we have been on a remarkable journey of transformation and growth in the last few years, culminating in our recent Good Ofsted grade.

Due to the promotion of the current post holder we are seeking an exceptional Deputy Principal to join our senior leadership team and help shape an ambitious, inclusive and future‑focused curriculum. This is a key role, working closely with the Principal and CEO to influence the strategic direction of the College and ensure every student is inspired and supported to achieve their career ambitions.
The Deputy Principal will provide visionary leadership across the curriculum, developing and delivering a curriculum that reflects the aspirations of our communities and responds to regional and national skills needs. With a strong focus on quality, the role will champion excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, creating a positive learning environment where high expectations, innovation and continuous improvement drive outstanding student outcomes.
