Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and compassionate care to children and young people living in a residential setting.
  • Support the emotional, social, and educational development of the children in your care.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Ensure a safe environment that meets the physical and emotional needs of children.
  • Engage with children in recreational and educational activities that promote their well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and external agencies to provide holistic care.
  • Participate in training and professional development as required by the organization.
  • Uphold the policies and procedures of the organization, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
