Salary: £29,281.07 per annum; Hours: 40.25 per week; Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotational shift pattern); Start/Finish time: 6.00am – 6.00pm.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.
- Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.
- Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.
- Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.
- Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meetings fairly and consistently.
- Be responsible for the site’s cleanliness and maintenance.
- Keep track of your team’s performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.
