If the idea of spending your day creating TikTok\’s, spotting emerging trends and finding new ways to connect with customers through Reels sounds right up your street, then you’re in the right place. At AO, our Social Media team live and breathe this stuff – and we’re looking for someone who’s just as passionate about bringing big ideas to life. As our new Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in creating content that genuinely engages our followers and brings new customers into the AO world. Working closely with our Social Media Manager and Senior Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll plan, create and deliver standout content that builds brand love and keeps people talking. What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- Support the Social Media Manager in planning and delivering content across all owned social channels
- Shoot and create platform-native video content for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts at pace
- Lead creative execution day to day across formats, hooks, trends and storytelling styles
- Ensure regular, high-quality content is scheduled and published across all channels
- Proactively pitch new formats, trends and ideas to keep content fresh and culturally relevant
- Use social listening and trend research to spot opportunities and insert AO into relevant conversations
- Take a test and learn approach to formats, performance and creative optimisation
- Work with influencers and creators to adapt and repurpose content for brand channels
- Be comfortable on camera and recording voiceovers to bring content to life
- Support ideation and delivery of campaigns across channels with strong creative
- Input into weekly and monthly reporting with a focus on what creative is working and why
