Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of customer calls, from manufacturer issues to delivery questions and driver assistance.
• Use multiple computer systems confidently and learn new tools quickly.
• Meet performance targets to ensure excellent service.
• Work 40 hours a week on rotational shifts (7am‑7pm) Monday‑Sunday.
• Work from the office for the first 3 months, then split between home and office.

• Organised and skilled at multitasking in a fast‑paced role.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Resilient and proactive when things don’t go as planned.
• Experience in a customer service role.
