You’ll own how these brands show up across AO, building smart, insight‑driven marketing plans that help grow the category and genuinely improve what our customers see, feel and experience.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business—influencing decisions, pitching ideas, solving problems, and shaping how millions of customers discover the products they love. Responsibilities:
- You’ll work closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain and grow relationships.
- Define shared marketing objectives with partners and oversee the delivery of bespoke programmes of activity.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned to category growth plans, engaging with the wider business to communicate key initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the purchasing teams to achieve category and key brand growth targets and be on the constant look-out for new revenue generating opportunities with our partners.
- Leverage commercial data, web analytics and customer insight to identify areas of opportunity and trends within customers onsite and purchasing behaviours.
- Assist in managing the trade marketing budget for the category, measuring and reporting on the performance against marketing plans.
A Few Things About You:
- A strong background in eCommerce, digital marketing & account management.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build strong relationships across internal and external teams.
- A proven ability to deliver brand‑awareness growth and commercial performance through well‑structured, insight‑led marketing strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the capability to interpret customer insights, analyse sales and performance data, and evaluate the ROI of campaigns and promotions.
