Banking funds reviews, corporate lending, real estate finance, transaction management, lender checklists and structured aviation finance. In this role you will work with a growing team of Legal Professionals and with offices across the global network on client matters, supporting multiple practice groups. You will have a high level of interaction with counterparts in other offices to enable you and your colleagues to operate as fully integrated members of matter teams. In the early stages of engagement, this will include scoping, mapping work and monitoring capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead growing teams of Legal Professionals to work with instructing offices on client matters across the A including drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation, document management, legal research, maintaining and improving templates and precedents.
- Participate in business development and client pitches, tenders, pricing decisions, and client service.
