Job description We are recruiting for a Senior Pricing & Commercial Manager for out office in London. Department purpose The Pricing and Commercial team provides oversight and strategic direction across the global business with the goal of enhancing commercial returns. The remit of the team is split between influencing results at a client level and driving self-started projects to leverage broader opportunities. Role purpose Lead the operational output of all pricing & commercial practices across the Group Finance team. Manage a team of Managers and Analysts tasked with optimizing profitability across the firm. Work alongside Partners and Clients to agree competitive and compelling financial offerings that support our commercial strategy. Leverage leadership and expertise in order to shape commercial best practice with stakeholders across the firm. Role and responsibilities Team leadership Lead, motivate, and recruit team of pricing professionals (Manager / Analyst grade) Responsible for work allocation, mentoring and, in limited cases, review of commercial proposals before being issued to business stakeholders
