LOCATION: Bracknell, Head Office- Hybrid remote (60% in office)
TYPE: Permanent, Full-time 37.5 hours a week
As Senior HR Advisor you will have a hands-on role supporting the Head of HR with employee relations while managing day-to-day HR operations for a global workforce. You will combine practical HR advice with strong administrative ownership of HR systems, employee records, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of HR with employee relations cases, including investigations, documentation, hearings, and follow-up actions
- Manage straightforward ER cases independently and escalate complex matters as needed
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files across the global team
- Own daily HRIS administration, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and timely updates
- Process onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, promotions, salary updates, and employee transfers
- Coordinate HR activities with payroll, finance, and Employer of Record (EOR) providers
- Support performance review cycles, HR reporting, and compliance checks
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, audits, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a hands-on HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law; experience with global teams is an advantage
- Experience supporting employee relations cases
- Strong HR administration and HRIS experience (any previous experience with HiBob would be beneficial)
- Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements preferred
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
