YOUR JOB
- You are the figurehead of a&o: our Front Desk is your territory
- You are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests behind the reception or in the lobby as Guest Relation Officer
- To make our guests feel comfortable at a&o, you take care of their needs and provide tourist information
- You take care of our guests and their concerns
- As shift leader, you take responsibility for ensuring that the shift runs smoothly
- At the bar you serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, and prepare snacks and cocktails
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience or a completed training in the hotel industry or tourism
- You are driven by a great sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you
- You enjoy dealing with guests - and you show it, regardless of the time of day or night
- You are characterised by an independent way of working and the ability to work in a team
- A high degree of commitment and independence are a matter of course for you
- Even in shifts that start at 6 a.m., it is easy for you to remain friendly, highly motivated and service-oriented
- You have a good command of German and English - of course, we would be happy to hear any other language you speak
