Your job
- You will be employed in the kitchen and bar and will actively participate in the day-to-day business, including daily cleaning work
- Preparation and taking care of the breakfast-buffet are also amongst your tasks
- Imposing quality- and HACCP-standards in kitchen and bar is your responsibility
- Pantry and stocktaking are your responsibility: you check food- and beverage-storage and inventory and order new products if necessary
- You put the goods away on delivery
- You draw up the menu for our dinner-buffet
- You supervise scheduling for kitchen- and bar-crew
Your profile
- Reliability, quality awareness and flexibility are core characteristics
- Strong willingness to commit and to work independently
- You are a hands-on doer who tackles and spreads good spirits even in stressful situations
- Some experience in gastronomy or hospitality is desirable, but not a must
- Your German and English skills are good; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
