About The RoleJoin our Night shift team in Crawley as a Warehouse Team Leader Nights and make a significant impact by utilising your experience to enhance our current team.You will play a crucial role in leading and coaching our operatives alongside the Night Shift Supervisors, contributing to the success of out Nights Operation.In return we provide a salary of £30,076.41 working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern to help with that work life balance planning.Our commitment to our people and customers is immense and we are excited for you to be a part of it.Here's What You Can Expect To Be DoingSupporting the Night Shift Supervisor and leading the team in their absenceLead and coach our existing warehouse team.Provide Training and refreshers for all new and current employees.Promote and manage a safe working environmentSupporting with driver packs for the outgoing shiftAssist with fleet management ensuring all vehicles remain roadworthy and meet transport legislationHelp support the shunting on the yard- ensuring site speed and safety regulations are being adhered to at all timesA Few Things About YouAbility to lead and motivate a diverse workforceConfident and reactive to solving problems.Good communication skills both verbally and writtenCompetent use of Microsoft, particularly ExcelA Bit About UsWhen it comes to appliances and electricals, we've got the lot.
