We’re on the lookout for a qualified Beauty Therapist to join our in-house spa team at AO HQ in Bolton. Yep, you read that right—we’ve got a spa. And it’s not just any spa. It’s one of the most-loved perks at AO, giving our people a chance to unwind, recharge, and feel their best during the workday, offering a lively, friendly, and relaxing escape. You’ll be offering a range of beauty treatments to our employees including gel nails, manicures & pedicures, facials, eyebrow tinting & shaping and massage treatments. We believe our people are our superpower. That’s why we’re all in, together, five days a week onsite—because creativity, collaboration, and growth thrive when we’re face-to-face.

This is a part time position working 24.5 hours a week, however working hours between 9am-5.30pm are negotiable.

  • Delivering top-notch treatments like gel nails, facials, massages, and brow shaping
  • Managing your own diary and appointments via Outlook (so basic IT skills are a must)
  • Keeping the salon looking spotless and stocked up
  • Working alongside our fab in-house hairdresser as part of a small, friendly team
  • Making every visit a positive, professional, and feel-good experience

  • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy
  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy / Aromatherapy
  • Experience in BIAB is desirable
