About the Role: Our Transport Administrators are essential to our operation and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries on time, every time. Working closely with the Transport Supervisor, you will provide continuous support to our Drivers, address any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with transport legislation and Working Time Directives. Salary: £23,961.60 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) Job Type: Full time and permanent contract Location: Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6NA Here\’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing: Driver Support: Act as the first point of contact for Drivers throughout the day, ensuring deliveries stay on schedule and promptly resolving issues. Vehicle Compliance: Record and communicate vehicle defects, ensuring that off-road vehicles are not used. Support vehicle servicing and maintenance to uphold compliance with legislation.
