About The Role: Were looking for a confident, experienced HR Advisor to join our team and help us to continue building a brilliant place to work. Youll play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across the business, especially in our fast-paced warehouse environment, providing trusted advice, driving consistency, and keeping us on the right side of policy and employment law. This is a role for someone whos as comfortable with processes as they are with people. Youll be the first point of contact for HR queries, a coach to our line managers, and play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless colleague experience. Here\’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing: Providing expert advice on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, wellbeing, and performance. Coaching and supporting managers to handle people matters confidently and consistently. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction alongside the HR & Recruitment Assistant. Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and documentation are legally compliant, up to date, upheld, and clearly communicated.
