With offices in London and Copenhagen, we operate globally and cover from Canada right across to Australia. Our focus is underpinned by commercial and contract management, legal and finance.
We’re busier than we’ve ever been and are now looking for someone great to join the team. We have an extremely international environment, including spending working weeks at our Copenhagen office, where we also do events with clients and check out the local food markets. We’re a scale-up so the role is diverse; you’ll get plenty of chances to take on much more responsibility than just the day job, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow. We cover incredibly exciting sectors.
We provide plenty of benefits such as remote working, gym membership, lunch clubs, dinners, company summer trips, and a referral bonus for anyone you help us bring into the business. With our client base continuing to expand, we’re taking this opportunity to hire great people who will add value and growth to the company.
A bit about you: Ideally, you will have experience in sales and be driven by working in a dynamic and international environment. Whether it be with one of the largest law firms in Europe, or a world-leading construction and infrastructure company, you’ll be embedded into our client’s businesses. From workforce planning to finding and attracting talent, we cover everything recruitment and talent-related. The aim is to help our customers scale to their potential.
It’s important to us that you progress and develop quickly. We will invest in you and ensure that you get the most out of your career opportunity. There are no barriers here at Anzurra and your progression is very much within your control. We’re not afraid to pay our colleagues well, but a positive attitude and continual commitment to hard work are minimum expectations. If you are not proactive, committed, and willing to go beyond normal expectations, then this role is not for you.
Ideally, you will speak French, Italian, Spanish, or German.
What does it take? We’re a scale-up! As an entrepreneur, you’ll be helping to grow an exciting business. Building a business is raw and it’s unforgiving so you should display resilience and fortitude. The ability to succeed under pressure. A high level of attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and able to handle multiple tasks. Accepting that failing is part of the job and it’s how we learn and move forward that counts. An appetite to learn and evolve.
