Overview: Are you someone who enjoys finding, engaging, and delivering top talent, and wants to play a central role in high-level international recruitment? Anzurra is offering a rare opportunity to join our team in a critical delivery and client-facing role within our business. This is not a standard recruitment position. We’re looking for someone who can combine candidate research, sourcing, and delivery with client interaction, insight, and ownership. Someone who wants to move beyond simply sending CVs and instead become a trusted part of how clients hire.
About the Role: You’ll sit at the centre of our delivery function, working closely with leadership on key international mandates across construction, infrastructure, and disputes. Your role will include:
- Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across niche global markets
- Managing candidate processes from first conversation through to placement
- Supporting and managing a number of key client accounts
- Presenting candidates and writing clear, high-quality submissions
- Communicating with clients on market conditions, challenges, and progress
- Supporting with data, insight, and search strategy where talent is in short supply
This is a hands-on role that requires pace, ownership, and attention to detail, but also judgement, communication, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or account management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Someone proactive who takes ownership and follows things through properly
- Comfortable working at pace and putting in the work when needed
- A commercial mindset, understands this is a results-driven environment
- Able to build relationships, not just manage processes
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where activity and delivery expectations (KPIs) are part of the role
- Someone who takes accountability for their output and doesn’t need to be chased
- Italian or French language skills would be a strong advantage, but not essential.
Working Style: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office. During probation, this may increase to 4 days to support onboarding, training, and integration into the team. A high-performance environment where effort, consistency, and delivery are expected.
Why This Role is Important: This is a critical hire for our business. You’ll be supporting key client relationships and helping drive delivery across multiple international searches. Done well, this role has a direct impact on revenue, client retention, and growth.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

- Can think beyond the brief and contribute ideas
- Want to be part of a business where your impact is visible
