Anzurra is working with a key client to support the growth of their Project Services function across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major programmes across nuclear, infrastructure, water, energy, and oil & gas.
Our client is a well-established international engineering consultancy with a strong reputation in Project Services, Commercial Management, and Disputes & Expert Advisory. They operate across complex, high-value projects, supporting clients through the full project lifecycle from early-stage strategy through to delivery and dispute resolution.
Based in London, you will be supporting high-profile infrastructure and energy projects, working closely with clients and delivery teams to drive successful commercial outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
Main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including tender analysis and contract award
- Contract administration in line with standard forms (e.g. NEC, FIDIC, JCT)
- Measurement and valuation of works, including interim valuations and payment applications
- Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Management and assessment of variations, change orders, and compensation events
- Preparation, negotiation, and agreement of final accounts
You will hold a Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering degree (or similar qualification) and have experience working on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. Ideally, you will have experience working specifically on energy, nuclear, water or oil and gas projects.
Experience across both tender and project execution phases is essential, with exposure to contracts and commercial management highly desirable.
