What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teachers (QTS) with a genuine interest in SEN
- Experience supporting pupils with MLD, SLD, or PMLD, within mainstream inclusion, specialist, or alternative settings
- Adaptable, resilient, and nurturing professionals
- A commitment to supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development
- Confidence working with small class sizes, EHCPs, and alongside LSAs/TAs
