    • Qualified Teachers (QTS) with a genuine interest in SEN
    • Experience supporting pupils with MLD, SLD, or PMLD, within mainstream inclusion, specialist, or alternative settings
    • Adaptable, resilient, and nurturing professionals
    • A commitment to supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development
    • Confidence working with small class sizes, EHCPs, and alongside LSAs/TAs
