We are seeking a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our London office, where you’ll play a key role in continuing to drive our mission of providing exceptional recruitment services to schools.

The Opportunity: As Senior Education Recruitment Consultant at ANZUK, you’ll be pivotal in driving growth within our Schools division. With your expertise, you will continue to build strong, long-lasting relationships with schools across London while working closely with educators to understand their unique needs and aspirations. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior consultants, shaping team culture, and developing your leadership capabilities as you grow into the next stage of your career. Salary Range: £35,500-£41,000 (dependent on experience + commission).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Build: Take ownership of developing strong relationships with schools, actively growing our client base across the region while maintaining the excellent service standards that ANZUK is known for.
  • Consultative Approach: Use your recruitment expertise to provide a tailored service to both clients and educators, managing placements from short-term assignments to permanent roles.
  • Talent Attraction & Retention: Leverage your experience to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for educators and driving the long-term success of our placements.
  • Negotiation & Client Liaison: Apply your communication and negotiation skills to align both educator and school expectations and secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand our network of schools, ensuring that ANZUK continues to meet their recruitment needs with the best educators available.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Inspire and support junior consultants by sharing your expertise, driving team performance, and fostering professional growth through effective mentoring and leadership development.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Experience: You have a track record of success as an education recruitment consultant (or a similar industry), and you’re skilled in managing both client and candidate relationships. You’re familiar with the intricacies of the UK education market and are well-versed in navigating the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Consultative Mindset: You understand that recruitment is about more than filling roles, it’s about matching the right people with the right opportunities. Your approach is consultative, empathetic, and built on trust.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are driven by results and have a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets in a fast-paced environment.
