anzuk Education is actively seeking Primary Teaching Assistants for long-term positions in and around the South West London area. We are looking for individuals dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that each child can flourish academically and in all other areas of their lives.

Primary Teaching Assistant Job Description:

  • Work closely with teachers to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide 1:1 support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and secure classroom environment that instils a sense of importance, respect, and enthusiasm among all learners.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and be an invaluable team player.

The ideal Primary Teaching Assistant:

  • Has a genuine love for working with children and an unwavering dedication to their growth.
  • Has strong communication skills, both with students and fellow team members.
  • Is patient, understanding, and has the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
  • Holds an enhanced and up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the update service, or be willing to apply for one through anzuk.
  • No classroom experience is necessary, but any suitable background in working with children is required.
