We’re looking for resilient, proactive, and compassionate educators who are passionate about early intervention and positive relationships. Individuals who are motivated to support young people facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges will thrive in this role.

At anzuk, we are dedicated to fostering inclusive education. We’re currently seeking Behaviour Mentors to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young students—through empathy, kindness, and the strength of genuine connection.

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who will:

  • Prioritise safety and well-being, especially for students with challenging behaviour, creating a secure educational environment
  • Offer specialised one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND challenges
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to manage challenging behaviours
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom, implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviours effectively
  • Provide targeted support for social and emotional development, address challenging behaviours and promote positive interactions
  • Work collaboratively with staff and specialists to develop and implement comprehensive behaviour plans
