At this Academy in Enfield, you will join a team of committed teachers and become a leader in the Enterprise Faculty, which comprises Business Studies, Computer Science and Economics. You will be supported by a knowledgeable and experienced Head of Department, and Head of Faculty who has introduced many new teaching resources and schemes of work
Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Essential for teaching in a UK secondary setting.
  • Proven track record of KS5 leadership Experience in pastoral and academic development at Sixth Form level, with the ability to drive improvement across A-Level provision.
  • Subject expertise in Business Studies or Economics With the capability to lead and support teaching quality within these areas.
  • Strategic leadership skills Able to support and deputise for the Assistant Principal: Sixth Form, lead on raising standards, and manage transition programmes effectively.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset Skilled in using performance data to monitor progress, address underachievement, and implement meaningful interventions.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing Upholds the highest standards of professional conduct and promotes a culture of care and high expectations.
