Data Manager needed in Hillingdon\\n\\nJob Title: Data Manager – School (Bromcom Essential)\\nLocation: Ruislip\\nSalary: NJC Scale SO2, Pts. 26-28 – £34,656 – £36,275 actual (£40,182 – £42,060 FTE)\\nContract: Term time plus 5 days (39 weeks), 36 hours per week\\n\\nWe are seeking a committed and detail-driven Data Manager to join a school near Ruislip. The successful candidate will lead on the management and development of the school’s MIS and data solutions, ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of academic information across the organisation.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage the school’s MIS (Bromcom essential), ensuring accuracy and reliability of student and performance data.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain databases, reporting facilities, and third-party system integrations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Produce clear and accurate reports to support school improvement and decision-making.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Deliver training and provide support to staff on effective use of data systems.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience using Bromcom (essential), plus familiarity with SISRA, ALPS, or similar packages.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of school performance data and reporting requirements.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present complex data clearly.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and train colleagues.\\n\\nHours of Work:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (45-minute unpaid lunch)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Friday: 8:00am – 3:45pm (45-minute unpaid lunch)\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to play a key role in a thriving school community
