ANZUK Education is looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join our team in North West London. With increasing staffing demands in schools, we’re seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for day-to-day and long-term roles.
Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting classroom teachers with day-to-day tasks and activities
- Assisting individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience
- Helping to set up and facilitate engaging classroom activities
- Supervising students during lunch and break times
- Working within a primary setting, supporting students across different year groups
You’ll need to be available to work between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm on days that suit you.
What You’ll Need to Be a Teaching Assistant:
- Prior experience working with children or young people (e.g., in education, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring)
- Strong communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students
- Willingness to work flexibly and adapt to varying needs in the classroom
- While relevant qualifications are preferred, they are not essential
- A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, subscribed to the update service (or willingness to apply)
