ANZUK Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wimbledon to recruit a Behaviour Mentor for the 2025/26 academic year, starting in September.

The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs. You will work closely with teaching staff, the pastoral team, and parents to create a safe and supportive environment that encourages positive choices and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students with behavioural challenges
  • Implement tailored behaviour support strategies
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a positive school culture
  • Support classroom teachers with managing behaviour and maintaining engagement
  • Act as a role model and trusted adult for students in need of additional guidance

About You: We are looking for someone who is:

  • Calm, patient, and confident in managing challenging behaviour
  • Passionate about supporting the wellbeing and development of young people
  • Experienced in working with secondary-age students (in a school or youth work setting)
  • Able to build strong, respectful relationships with students and staff
  • Available full-time from September 2025
