Role – ALN Teaching Assistant Location – Cardiff , CF14 Pay – £85.04 – £90 per day *** Hiring for all TA Roles (ALN, SEN in Early Years, Primary and Secondary). Short and long term Teaching Assistant (TA) positions available*** Anzuk Education are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants who hold valuable experience supporting individuals with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) We are working with a number of schools who offer a provision for students with special educational needs including Autism, ADHD mobility and medical needs. Mandatory Requirements for TA’s: A valid right to work in the UK Live within 1 Hour Commuting Distance Previous experience working in a school or education setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community. Flexibility to work across all age ranges as we can’t guarantee age groups for these bookings * Without these requirements, we will be unable to process your application * The ideal TA will: Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, ensuring that individual educational goals are met. Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and interventions. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. Help to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students.
