In this role, alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be assisting the Electrical and Automation Coordinator with the training and skill development of the trades team and be involved in the execution of capital projects from new installations to equipment improvements. You will be in a pivotal position in maintaining and improving our site’s electrical systems. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Maintaining and installing electrical equipment to the highest standards
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and NZ electrical regulations
- Diagnosing issues and implementing solutions quickly and efficiently
- Supporting continuous improvement in a high-tech processing environment
- Assisting with training and skills development of site electrical staff
- Assisting with capital projects through upgrades and installations which shape the future of our site.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- A current NZ electrical practising license
- 5+ years of proven experience in electrical systems - ideally in manufacturing or food processing
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety in industrial settings
- Great computer skills and familiarity with compliance systems
- Problem-solving ability across both electrical and process control systems
- Bonus: experience with mechanical systems
