The Role
The purpose of the role is to deliver customer happiness at every interaction.
As a CX Associate, you must be based and working in the UK at all times, operating from your dedicated home workspace. In this role, you will support our clients by answering calls, responding to live chats, booking appointments, and taking messages.
As well as providing stellar service to our UK-based clients, you’ll also have the opportunity to support our clients across the US and Canada.

When will you work?
- The business operates 24/7, all year round. The permanent position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, which must include 6 hours every Friday and Saturday.
- There is also the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week, depending on business needs and your availability.
- You’ll be able to self-schedule your shifts, giving you flexibility to choose when you work, while ensuring cover during the times the business needs it most.
- Your first day with us – and the start of training – will be Monday, 13th October 2025. Please note this date is fixed and cannot be changed.
- You must be free to attend the full two weeks of training.
What do you need
To do your best work with us, you’ll need:
Internet Connection
- A fast and reliable cable or fibre connection dedicated to work.
- Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download / 4 Mbps upload.
- Must be wired with an Ethernet cable (WiFi alone isn’t enough).
- Not allowed: satellite internet, mobile hotspots (MiFi), WiFi extenders, shared connections, or VPNs.

- Screen resolution 1280×800 or higher
- Processor 2.0 GHz or faster (not supported: Chromebooks, Intel Atom, Celeron, Intel N Series, AMD A4/A6/A9, AMD C+G family, or Snapdragon).
- Memory: 8 GB RAM or more

Webcam
- Required for training sessions and meetings. A mobile phone camera cannot be used.

- A personal mobile phone is required for secure logins (two-factor authentication).
