We're seeking an ambitious Presales Consultant based in the UK to support our expanding client base and drive technical sales excellence across our dialogue software portfolio. This is a pivotal role within AnywhereNow's global Sales Team, offering an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional ready to take on an international sales challenge.

As our Presales Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between client requirements and technical solutions, playing a crucial role in converting prospects into satisfied customers through expert demonstration, consultation, and proof of concept delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and design solutions to meet clients' technical requirements, leading workshops to scope and architect fit-for-purpose implementations.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout all stages of the presales process.
  • Evaluate and deliver proof of concepts for both prospective and existing customers.
  • Support RFP and tender responses with technical expertise and documentation.
  • Create and deliver compelling technical and product presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to qualify opportunities and progress deals.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance presales processes and team efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation and knowledge resources.
  • Support the Professional Services team by providing clear technical requirements for solution implementation.

Experience & Expertise
  • Preferably 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs.
  • Proven track record implementing and supporting technology solutions based on Microsoft Voice technologies.
  • Commitment to staying up to date with new-to-market technologies to deliver industry best practice service offerings.
