Role Overview As Global Head of Alliances and Partnerships, you are responsible for building, scaling, and monetising AnywhereNow's global partner ecosystem. You own the end‑to‑end partnerships strategy across technology alliances, channel, reseller, and system integrator relationships, with Microsoft as the anchor partnership. You will sit at the heart of AnywhereNow's growth engine, working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and the Executive team to ensure the partner ecosystem is a primary driver of pipeline, revenue, and market expansion across our multi‑portfolio business. This role requires both strategic leadership and operational hands‑on execution. You connect market trends, partner relationships, and product capabilities into a clear alliances vision, and you turn that vision into measurable commercial outcomes. This is a highly visible, high‑impact role central to our future growth.
- Define and execute a global alliances and partnerships strategy aligned to AnywhereNow's growth ambitions across the Microsoft Teams ecosystem and beyond
- Own the commercial performance of the partner channel, including partner‑sourced pipeline, co‑sell revenue targets, and contribution to overall ARR growth
- Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with Microsoft (across Teams, Azure, and the broader M365 ecosystem) as well as with key SIs, ISVs, resellers, and managed service providers
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners across technology, channel, and distribution that can accelerate AnywhereNow's market reach
- Design and implement a structured partner programme covering tiering, incentives, certification, and enablement across all partner types
- Own the Microsoft co‑sell relationship and ensure AnywhereNow's positioning on the Microsoft commercial marketplace and co‑sell motions
- Drive alignment between AnywhereNow's product roadmap and Microsoft's partner investment priorities, including Teams Certified status and Azure Marketplace presence
- Collaborate with Product and Presales to ensure partners are technically enabled and commercially confident to position AnywhereNow's full portfolio
- Work with Marketing to co‑develop partner‑facing content, co‑branded campaigns, and market development fund strategies
- Partner with Regional Sales leaders to align partner activity to pipeline targets and ensure clear rules of engagement between direct and indirect channels
- Build and lead a high‑performing global alliances team as the function scales, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Represent AnywhereNow at Microsoft events, partner summits, and industry conferences globally
What We’re Looking For Proven track record in a senior alliances, partnerships, or channel leadership role within a B2B SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise communications business. Deep familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including co‑sell programmes, Teams certification, and Azure Marketplace. Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner programmes from the ground up, not just manage existing relationships. Strong commercial acumen with experience owning partner revenue targets and influencing board‑level reporting on channel performance. Experience working across EMEA markets and ideally North America, with an understanding of regional partner dynamics. Executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships at C‑suite and VP level with large technology vendors and SIs. Experience working in PE‑backed or high‑growth scale‑up environments where pace, accountability, and adaptability are essential.
You do not need to be a technical expert, but you must be technically fluent – able to understand product capabilities, articulate value, and collaborate credibly with product, engineering, and presales specialists. This is a senior leadership role requiring high ownership, strategic clarity, and the ability to drive results in a fast‑moving, multi‑brand, globally distributed environment.
Competencies We Value:
- Commercial leadership – you connect partner activity to pipeline, revenue, and ARR outcomes with clear accountability
- Strategic thinking – you develop a coherent alliances vision and translate it into a structured, executable plan
- Ecosystem expertise – you know how Microsoft and enterprise technology partner programmes work and how to navigate them
- Relationship building – you earn trust quickly at executive level and sustain long‑term partnerships with integrity
- Execution discipline – you move from strategy to results, prioritising ruthlessly in a lean, fast‑moving environment
- Collaboration – you partner effectively across Sales, Product, Marketing, and the Executive team
- Communication – you create clarity and inspire confidence with diverse stakeholders from partner CEOs to internal boards
- People leadership – you attract, develop, and retain high‑performing alliances talent as the function scales
Why Join Us? Build and own an alliances function with real scope, budget, and executive support during a pivotal period of growth. Work with a portfolio of genuinely differentiated products deeply embedded in the Microsoft Teams ecosystem. Join a globally distributed, entrepreneurial culture backed by Bregal Milestone with a clear international growth agenda. Influence product direction, partner strategy, and market positioning at an exciting stage of the company’s development. Collaborate with a passionate, high‑ownership team spanning 22 countries across four product lines. Competitive package including base salary, performance bonus, and equity participation.
