Got Drive? Join AnyVan as we make moving anything, anywhere miles better and build a career that moves just as fast. Back in 2009, our CEO Angus saw half-empty vans everywhere and knew there had to be a better way! That’s how AnyVan began. He set out to create the world’s most efficient logistics technology and help halve the number of wasted miles by filling those empty vans. Since then we’ve become the nation’s favourite way to move, with over 150k five-star reviews and 5 million customers in the UK and Europe. Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn’t have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year.

After a hugely successful launch into Spain in 2025, our marketing team is looking for a Marketing Lead to own and scale AnyVan’s marketing and growth efforts even faster. This is a pivotal role for AnyVan’s international expansion and will be responsible for developing and driving our go-to-market strategy and execution, working closely across marketing, sales, operations, product and pricing. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will be the driving force behind Spain bringing customer insight, deep market knowledge and broad channel expertise to deliver effective propositions and campaigns that reach new customers and help drive conversion. It requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands‐on execution, supported by the wider marketing function - it’s a perfect blend of thinking big, and getting stuff done. The environment is fast‐paced, energetic and drowning in opportunities, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited by that.

What you’ll do:

  • Scale quickly - this role follows a fantastic year 1 for our efforts in Spain, where we believe year 2 can achieve triple digit growth, and can accelerate by utilising the lessons, tools and teams now in place, you’ll own an ambitious revenue growth goal as your core focus.
  • Lead the go‐to‐market - Define priority audiences, regions and use cases. Partner with Product, Pricing and Operations to ensure strong product‐market fit and a compelling, localised proposition.
  • Champion the Spanish customer - Be the voice of the Spanish customer across the business. Ground decisions in clear customer insight and ensure every touchpoint, marketing and product is culturally relevant and resonates locally.
  • Build and scale channels & partnerships - Bring together core channels (PPC, SEO, CRM, Brand, Paid Social, PR, Influencers) while developing high‐impact partnerships with marketplaces, retailers, property platforms, banks and media in Spain.
  • Test, learn and move decisively - Work closely with data science to measure impact and optimise performance, while confidently making informed decisions when data is imperfect in early‐stage growth.
  • Act like an owner - Be fully accountable for Spain’s performance. You’ll be the go‐to expert on the market, driving decisions and outcomes with an entrepreneurial, ownership mindset.

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and able to make ÂŁ10 feel like ÂŁ100 by out‐thinking rather than out‐spending competitors.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling direct‐to‐consumer tech businesses in Spain (scale‐up experience is a plus).
  • Fluent Spanish and fluent English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Broad marketing experience with hands‐on ownership of PR and influencer marketing; SEO and partnerships experience is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen: experience measuring marketing impact on revenue and confidence working directly with data.
  • Excellent project management skills, balancing speed, structure and execution.
  • The ability to collaborate, influence and gain buy‐in across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands‐on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • An appetite to learn and be part of a two‐way feedback culture.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a two‐way feedback culture.

This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days per week based in our Hammersmith office. We’re open to international candidates and can offer visa sponsorship for those relocating, provided you have strong, demonstrable experience working directly with the Spanish market.
