This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board. Got Drive? Join AnyVan as we make moving anything, anywhere miles better and build a career that moves just as fast. He set out to create the world’s most efficient logistics technology and help halve the number of wasted miles by filling those empty vans. Since then we've become the nation's favourite way to move, with over 150k five-star reviews and 5 million customers in the UK and Europe. Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn't have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year.
We're after a hands-on, partnerships leader who’s excited by the idea of building something big, at serious pace. As Head of Partnerships & Affiliates, you’ll be right in the thick of it, reporting into our CMO and working across every part of the business to drive serious growth. This isn’t about signing logos for the sake of it, we’re looking for someone who is driven by the idea of managing one of our largest avenues of growth. Whether it’s striking household name deals (of which we have many in the UK already), spotting overlooked opportunities in adjacent sectors, or even just scaling through the use of affiliate networks, you’ll have the freedom (and accountability) to make things happen. You’ll lead a small but mighty team across the UK and key international markets, starting with Spain, France and Germany, and help shape how we show up in each one. If you have a track record in figuring out how to get in front of customers before they even realise they need us, we should talk.
What you’ll be doing:
- Spot the right partners - from big-name retailers to estate agents, banks, marketplaces, and media platforms – anywhere our future customers already hang out, but also knowing which ones make the difference.
- Make deals happen - you’ll own the pitch, the negotiation, and the close. This is commercial, not just cosy, and it will take tenacity to get in the door sometimes.
- Own the whole partner lifecycle - from integrations, lead delivery, and tracking conversion. You’ll work closely with product to build slick experiences, and with sales and CRM marketing to make sure those leads turn into customers.
- Expand internationally - scale what’s working in the UK into Spain, France, and Germany – always looking for opportunities to leverage opportunities across all of them where we can.
- Get the affiliate engine going - run the playbook for traditional affiliate platforms (Awin, etc.) and drive growth from long-tail opportunities too.
- Lead a sharp, focused team - manage and develop partner managers in each region, with a clear eye on performance and potential.
- Build what’s needed to win - whether it’s dashboards, decks, reporting frameworks, or partner-facing collateral, you’ll make sure we look and operate like pros.
- Drive the strategy - you’ll shape how we do partnerships and affiliate marketing, and make sure we focus on out-thinking vs outspending the competition.
What you’ll bring:
- A proven track record of scaling partnerships internationally - especially in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Hands-on approach - you’re not afraid to dive (deep, deep) into the details, lead deals, and personally nurture key relationships.
- A commercial mindset - focused on value, ROI, and performance, not just logos.
- Strong experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g. Awin) and performance optimisation.
- A strategic brain paired with tactical ability - you can see the big picture and act decisively on the ground.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - with the ability to win trust and drive action across internal and external stakeholders, especially at exec level.
- Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment - you know how to prioritise, adapt, and push things forward.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary - Highly competitive salaries
- Generous Time Off - 25 days + public holidays, Christmas Eve on us, Long-service perks capped at 30 days.
- Health & Wellbeing - On-site gym, Membership with Vitality, Enhanced sick pay
- Future Ready - The People’s Pension (5% you, 3% us)
- Family Support - Enhanced maternity pay
- Easy Travel - 2 minutes’ walk from the tube, Octopus Electric Vehicles, a Cycle to Work Scheme with Showers and towels on site.
- Daily Perks - In-house barista coffee, free breakfast every day and local discounts
- Culture & Community - Weekly drinks, fun socials, and rewards that take you places (literally – last winners hit the Alps)
- Career Growth - Join a disruptive technology leader and fast forward your career move
