About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Digital Print Operator / Print Technician to join our busy print team. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to work independently are key. Full training will be provided on our digital print and finishing equipment, so previous experience in small-format digital printing is desirable but not essential; what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate digital print and finishing equipment (Morgana booklet maker, guillotine, coil and wire binding machines, Fastback binder, and other finishing tools)
  • Use Fiery Command WorkStation to manage print workflows
  • Perform basic file checks and edits using Adobe Acrobat
  • Produce a variety of small-format print jobs, including flyers, booklets, NCR sets, and documents
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and efficiency
  • Occasionally liaise with account managers or clients to ensure job requirements are met
