Anytime Fitness Woking is looking for an energetic, Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer to help grow our club, inspire our members, and drive an exceptional fitness experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, self‑motivated individual who thrives in a target‑driven environment and enjoys working both inside and outside the club. You will play a key role in member engagement, retention, sales growth, and delivering outstanding personal training services.
The Role
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through outstanding service and engagement
- Drive club growth by generating leads, exceeding sales targets, and supporting monthly marketing plans
- Promote and support club social media and local promotional events
- Conduct fitness consultations, complimentary sessions, and group training
- Build and grow your PT client base through 1-2-1 training sales and delivery
- Make proactive member engagement calls and maintain a strong presence on the gym floor
- Support member retention through coaching, guidance, and motivation
- Maintain high club standards, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep
You will also have full access to the Anytime Fitness app to enhance programme delivery and track client progress.
What We’re Looking For
- REPS Level 3 qualified (minimum) with personal insurance
- Confident communicator – comfortable on the phone, online, and face‑to‑face
- Naturally sales‑focused and target‑driven
- Passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals
- Approachable, energetic, and a strong team player
- Experience in fitness, health & leisure, or any high‑quality sales environment
