We are recruiting for an exciting new dynamic fitness role in Winchester as a Membership Advisor and Fitness Coach for a leading brand within the health and fitness industry. The right candidate will be working for a growing, fast-paced company providing fantastic opportunities for success, growth and career progression as part of a brilliant team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills in sales and management as well as Fitness Coaching / Personal Training. We are looking for someone keen, driven and dedicated who will work with the Club Manager to hit business KPI’s. The role is a combination of sales and Fitness Coaching, maximising member engagement and retention through the delivery of the Member Journey and overall customer coaching service.
You will deliver member-based activities such as induction training, developing exercise programmes, delivering group exercise classes, fitness consultations, one-on-one and group coaching, and promotion of club services and products as well as helping the Club Manager and team with member engagement and sales.
This position offers a guaranteed base salary with commissions for sales made and for Personal Training sessions sold and delivered. Our ideal candidate will have proven sales experience with at least 1 year’s experience within the fitness industry.
