As a Membership Sales Advisor at our brand new site in Camberley, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth, member retention and creating an exceptional club experience. You’ll be part of an exciting gym launch, helping to build awareness in the local community before opening and supporting the club’s ongoing success once operational.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pre-Opening
- Generate membership leads through local outreach, networking and community engagement
- Support social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with local businesses and corporate partners
- Manage membership enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face conversations
- Convert prospects into members and contribute to ambitious opening targets
- Help create excitement and awareness ahead of launch
- Post-Opening
- Continue driving membership sales and retention
- Deliver a welcoming, engaging member experience
- Conduct club tours and gym inductions
- Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and referrals
- Support marketing campaigns and member events
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Help ensure the club remains clean, safe and member-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience, ideally within fitness, leisure, fundraising or direct sales
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (preferred but not essential)
- A confident, energetic and engaging personality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a resilient, positive attitude
- A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others succeed
- Reliable, professional and committed to high standards
